Invicta 1.31 for Winamp 5.03

This update is intended for Winamp 5.03 users only. It will not work with any version of Winamp previous to 5.03.

New Features/Fixes:

Stick mode drawer toggle buttons works again (1.3)
Added animated notifier (1.3)
Second programmable button defaulted to "Skin Options" action to control the notifer but can still be reprogrammed to any of the other available options (1.3)
Unresolvable issue: the stick mode PL still has odd behaviors, this is an issue with using an outdated component in order to have the PL in multiple places at the same time. It's as good as it's going to get. (1.3)
Added more notifier options to "Skin Options" menu (1.31)
Updated gammagroup assignments for easier color theming (1.31)
